Customer responses

Customers open the link without creating an account. They can Accept (entering their name) or Request a change.

Acceptance records the entered name, timestamp, and exact revision. It is not marketed as a universally enforceable construction contract, and opening a link does not verify identity.

You see responses on your Dashboard. You also get an email notification when customer email delivery is enabled.

Repeated taps do not create duplicate acceptance records for the same revision.
