The service

PhoneToQuote is software that helps you structure and share estimates from job notes you supply. You set the prices and scope. The product does not provide legal advice, construction contracts, licensed contractor services, or verified identity of people who open a shared link.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of every estimate you send, including prices, inclusions, exclusions, and timing. Customer acceptance records a name, time, and revision for your records. It is not a substitute for a signed construction contract.

Accounts

Access uses magic link email sign in. Keep your email secure. Do not misuse the service (abuse, scraping, spam, or unlawful content). We may rate limit or suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.

Pricing

You may create three real quotes free. A quote counts when it is first shared or exported, not on every edit. After that, the paid plan is $9 per month for up to 50 new quotes in the billing month. Cancel anytime in billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. Shared links remain available after cancellation unless you revoke them or delete your account. Taxes may apply where required by the payment processor.

As is service

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that extraction will capture every detail of your notes. Always review an estimate before sharing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PhoneToQuote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost jobs, lost profits, or disputes between you and your painting customers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim or (b) $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
